The Boscobel Housing Authority: A History of Community & Quality

Since our first residential property was constructed in 1978, the Boscobel Housing Authority (BHA) has served as a vital cornerstone of the Boscobel, Wisconsin community. For nearly five decades, our mission has remained steadfast: to provide safe, affordable, and high-quality housing solutions that local individuals and families are proud to call home.

Today, BHA proudly manages a diverse portfolio of 70 rental units distributed strategically throughout the city. This inventory includes two apartment communities, comfortable 2 and 3-bedroom family duplexes, and our privately owned 2-bedroom Center Street duplexes.

Administrative Revitalization & Innovation

To better serve our residents in a rapidly changing world, BHA initiated a comprehensive administrative and structural transformation in 2013. Under refreshed executive leadership, we systematically modernized our regulatory policies, updated our application frameworks, and established a formal Resident Advisory Board to ensure our tenants always have a strong, direct voice in their community.
